1 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been successfully verified and confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. A separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
2 Shipping Destinations
Megacarto.store ships to a wide range of destinations. Shipping availability and estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping across all major cities and regions. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International delivery generally ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
3 Shipping Methods & Rates
Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and cart contents.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days. Available for select locations. Additional charges apply.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders that meet our minimum order value threshold, as shown on our website. This offer may be subject to change and does not apply to all regions.
4 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also track your order on our website by visiting the Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become active in the system.
5 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- High order volumes during sales or promotional periods
- Weather conditions or natural events affecting logistics
- Delays at third-party courier or postal services
- Customs and import inspections for international shipments
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Megacarto.store is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
6 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of placing an order. Megacarto.store is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our support team immediately at support@megacarto.store. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
7 Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
To file a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (in case of damaged goods)
Claims submitted after 7 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
8 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. This does not incur any additional shipping charges for you.
9 Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Megacarto.store has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the package being returned or confiscated. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs and import fees from any potential refund.
10 Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer unless the failed delivery was due to an error on our part.
