Orders
How do I place an order on Megacarto?
It's super easy! Browse our store, find what you love, add it to your cart, and head to checkout. You'll need to enter your shipping details and choose a payment method — and that's it. You'll get an order confirmation email straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@megacarto.com or via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help. Once it's shipped, we're unable to make changes — but our returns process is quick and hassle-free.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days, reach out to our support team.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Absolutely! We love bulk orders. Tell us what you need — quantity, product, and destination — and we'll send you a custom price within 24 hours. Great discounts available for large orders.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If it's still missing, contact us with your name and the email address you used. We'll sort it out right away.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — everywhere! We ship to 100+ countries worldwide including Pakistan, UAE, UK, USA, India, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and more. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, just drop us a message and we'll confirm.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:

— Local / domestic: 3–5 business days
— Middle East & South Asia: 5–10 business days
— Europe & USA: 7–14 business days
— Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and your chosen shipping method. We work hard to keep rates as low as possible — and we offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply to your order. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We always declare accurate values on shipments and never misrepresent packages.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Don't panic! First check with your neighbours and any safe spots around your property. Sometimes couriers leave parcels in unexpected places. If it's still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and make it right.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfers for large orders. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. We're always adding new payment options — if you'd like to pay a different way, just ask!
Is it safe to enter my card details on Megacarto?
100% yes. Our store uses SSL encryption (you'll see the padlock icon in your browser), and all payments are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
What currency do you charge in?
We primarily charge in USD, but our currency switcher lets you view prices in your local currency. Your bank or PayPal will handle the final conversion at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.
My payment was declined. What should I do?
Try double-checking your card details, billing address, and available balance. Some banks also block international transactions by default — a quick call to your bank usually fixes this. If you're still stuck, contact us and we'll help find a solution.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Easy — just email us at support@megacarto.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What now?
We're so sorry about that — it's not the Megacarto experience we want for you! Take a photo of the item and email it to us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away, no hassle, no arguments.
Products
Are your products genuine and good quality?
Absolutely. We carefully select every product we list and work with trusted suppliers. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible. If you ever receive something that doesn't match what was advertised, we'll make it right — guaranteed.
Can I request a product that isn't listed on your store?
Yes! We love a challenge. Use our Get a Free Quote page or contact us directly to tell us what you're looking for. We'll do our best to source it for you and give you a price.
Do you offer product warranties?
Warranty availability depends on the product and manufacturer. Where a warranty applies, it will be mentioned in the product listing. For any warranty claims, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
Account & General
Do I need an account to shop at Megacarto?
Nope! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. But we recommend registering — it makes tracking orders, saving addresses, and reordering a lot easier. Plus you'll be first to hear about deals and new arrivals.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you have an affiliate or referral programme?
