Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work depending on the type of product you purchased from or through MegaCarto.

Important: Because our store operates a mixed model — including our own products and products purchased via third-party platforms — the return and refund process differs depending on where your purchase was completed. Please read the relevant section below.

1. Products Purchased Directly on Our Website

For products sold and fulfilled by MegaCarto directly through our site, the following policy applies:

Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Not a digital product, downloadable file, or consumable item
  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to initiate a return:

  • Email us at returns@megacarto.store with your order number and reason for return
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  • If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions

Return shipping costs:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover all return shipping costs
  • If you changed your mind — return shipping costs are your responsibility

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-refundable items:

  • Digital products and downloadable files once accessed or downloaded
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Items that are returned damaged, used, or without original packaging
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

2. Products Purchased Through External Platforms

For products where you were redirected from our site to an external platform to complete your purchase, the return and refund policy of that platform applies entirely.

We are not a party to those transactions and are unable to:

  • Process returns or refunds on behalf of external platforms
  • Access your order details from external platforms
  • Intervene in disputes between you and an external platform

To return or request a refund for such a purchase, please contact the platform directly through which you made the purchase. Most major platforms have dedicated customer support and buyer protection programs.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item from an order fulfilled directly by us, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@megacarto.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

For orders placed directly on our website:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched
  • To cancel, email us immediately at support@megacarto.store with your order number
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process instead

For orders placed on external platforms, cancellation must be done directly through that platform.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items on orders fulfilled directly by us. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of our confirmation:

  • Check your bank account and payment method again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at returns@megacarto.store

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases, during which you may cancel for any reason. If you are located in Pakistan or another jurisdiction, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights.
